by Sep 2, 2024News

Kilmore Racing Club (KRC), a prominent sports entertainment provider in Country Victoria, partners with Playbk Sports to expand the innovative Masterclass Series for staff development.

KRC has strategically chosen to enhance its commitment to staff performance by investing in the development of its workforce across all businesses under the KRC banner (Kilmore Racing Club, Kilmore Trackside and The Bendigo Club) through the Masterclass Series. The new courses, Mastering the Gaming Room and Operational Excellence & Non-negotiables, mark a significant enhancement in the series, aiming to further boost staff performance and operational efficiency across all KRC businesses, including Kilmore Trackside and The Bendigo Club.

Operational Excellence & The Non-negotiables – Course Introduction Video

Over 100 Masterclass courses have already been completed by KRC staff, with an impressive 95% satisfaction rate of the ease with which learning can be transferred to real-world scenarios. This high level of satisfaction underscores the importance of effective learning design, a key focus for both KRC and Playbk Sports.

“We are delighted to introduce these new courses to our Masterclass Series,” said Emma Walker, People and Culture Partner at Kilmore Racing Club.

“The feedback we’ve received through Racing Above highlights the tangible improvements in staff performance. The data we’ve gathered allows us to assess learning outcomes more precisely, and it’s clear that our staff truly value the investment in their development. The ability to transfer learning into practice immediately is crucial, and these new courses will further enhance that capability.”

“We are thrilled to see the continued evolution of the Masterclass Series with these new courses,” said Damian Hecker, Co-founder of Playbk Sports.

By focusing on concise, actionable content, we empower KRC’s staff to apply their skills in real-world situations, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.”
