Damian Hecker is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Playbk, responsible for operational delivery, partnerships and platform implementation.
With over 20 years of experience across sport, education and digital product development, Damian works alongside organisations to design and scale digital sport products that drive engagement, participation and long-term growth.
Damian has led the delivery of digital learning and engagement platforms for major sporting organisations including the NFL, Gold Coast Titans, Gold Coast SUNS, Brisbane Broncos, AusCycling and Special Olympics Australia.
His focus is on building scalable platforms, strong partnerships and measurable outcomes that support long-term organisational success.
