Continued demand and expectation to build greater connection with their community as a start up franchise moving into an establishment period.
Time poor athletes, coaches and administrators delivering face-to-face initiatives were not scalable.
Problem
Creating authentic connections across large geographic region covering over 3 million sq km across a catchment zone that covers Southern and Northern Queensland as well as parts of the Northern Territory.
Solution
The SUNS required a Learning Management System that could easily transcend geograpahic barriers and connect with them schools, young athletes, coaches, and the wider community.
Results
A suite of 10 bespoke eLearning and fitness technology products that harnesses club IP and uses the brand and unique stories of athletes and coaches to meet fans where they are – online.
The SUNS Learning Portal is overcoming geographic challenges by saving staff travel time and has facilitated successful grant applications, whilst providing new ways to activate fans to games, camps, merchandise and more.
